Job Description:
As Employee Relations Specialist you will have a versatile role with varied tasks within the entire HR process, which we call Employee Relations. You will work alongside another Employee Relations Specialist, and we value the broad knowledge and open-mindedness of the applicant. Perhaps you have previous experience from a smaller company where you have handled HR matters from start to finish. In our small local team, you will receive strong support from our global HR department at our German headquarters. We have well-established processes and policies, but are constantly working on improvement and fine-tuning. Your work will involve reporting directly to the Vice President, which requires autonomy, flexibility and responsibility. In addition, there may be occasional business trips to our office in Linköping and to Germany.
We offer:
With us, you will be part of a workplace where teams work autonomously with great opportunity to influence how they perform their tasks. We value collaboration and support of each other, which means that you may be given tasks that extend beyond your regular work role. VECTOR Sweden applies a flexible workplace, but for this role we see high attendance at the office as a prerequisite to deliver. As a knowledge-based company, we continuously invest in the training of our staff. You will go through a carefully planned induction process where you will get to know the company, our values and meet colleagues both locally and internationally. We promote a coaching feedback culture and conduct Vector Leadership Feedback for all our leaders every two years. We also participate annually in the Great Place To Work survey and are constantly working to improve our results. We are looking for you who are:
Helpful and team oriented, a 'team player'. Self-motivated with high interpersonal skills. Unpretentious. Customer-focused and eager to "go above and beyond". Meticulous. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the entire HR process, who can make a big contribution in the small team. It is an advantage if you have worked in a service company and thus understand the specific challenges that our industry has in attracting and retaining competent staff.
